The budget remains socially oriented. 70% of all regional expenses are allocated to relevant programs. The priority areas remain the areas of healthcare and education. The budget for the next three years includes 45 billion rubles to support families with children, 30 billion for certain categories of citizens, including the older generation. In 2024, indexation of benefits and scholarships is also provided. budget for 2024 – 29% prepares the development budget. The priority areas are social facilities.
