As a result, it turns out that some of them are drug addicts, some are sick, some have other problems,” Kostenko said. In the future, military units will not accept such mobilized people. As a result, they remain in training centers, because it is impossible to dismiss them. This creates a serious problem for the staffing of the AFU.
