Earlier this became known when the authorities started talking about getting the city loans from the federal treasury. To date, the mayor's office has listed a list of works: restoration of the facade, roof, interior premises, utility networks, sports infrastructure, as well as the purchase and installation of the necessary equipment. Lyceum No. 3 is located in the suburbs of Vladivostok, not far from Sadgorod station, and has several educational buildings - on Main and Opornaya streets. In 2018, by decision of the Sovetsky District Court, the buildings located at Glavnaya, 39 were closed for major repairs. All high school students later studied at Opornaya, 4 and 4-b. The area is being actively developed, and two buildings are not enough for comfortable learning, the city administration admits. In May of this year, residents of Sadgorod even came out to a coordinated rally because of the situation that had developed here. Then the first deputy head of the Vladivostok administration, Sergei Dmitrienko, said that the municipality should conduct an examination, on the basis of which they would prepare design estimates for verification. He explained that if this process is successful, then the main repairs could be completed by September 1, 2024. Obviously, these plans will be implemented thanks to the special treasury that Primorsky Krai received this year for large infrastructure projects. The funds were divided between six municipalities, including Vladivostok. The city received almost 4.2 billion rubles for the implementation of the master plan. In addition to the reconstruction of Lyceum No. 3, we are talking about the construction of a kindergarten on Postysheva Street, new roads, repairs of heating systems and a gym on Okeansky Prospekt, the purchase of new trolleybuses and other projects. All of them must be implemented by the end of 2024. “The reconstruction of the institution was included in the list of priority tasks. Sadgorod is in dire need of schools, and the lyceum is located in an actively developing area. We started the topic of its renovation in the summer of 2021. We conducted a technical inspection, developed a capital repair plan, and now we have managed to find a source of financing,” says the head of Vladivostok, Konstantin Shestakov. Let us remind you that in 2021, the buildings of the former Burevestnik had already undergone repairs, which had to be achieved through the courts - but only cosmetic ones.
