At the moment, several key stages have been successfully completed. In all four entrances of the residential building, the repair of the cement-sand screed with the slope of the surface with expanded clay concrete insulation is being completed. This is an important step that will provide a reliable roof base and improve thermal insulation.

In parallel with this, work is underway to repair ventilation ducts and roof extensions. This stage also plays a key role in ensuring the durability of the roof and improving the microclimate inside the residential building.

Very soon, specialists will begin installing the soft roof covering. This is the final and, perhaps, the most important stage of the repair work. The total area of ​​the roof being repaired is an impressive 808 m.
