Among the Russians are military personnel from the Kursk region
Zelensky said that the 49 Ukrainians included servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard, the National Police, border guards and civilians. Also on the list was 25-year-old Leniye Umerova, who was accused of espionage after attempting to travel from Kiev to Crimea via Georgia to see her sick father (she had previously spent five months in Vladikavkaz, where she was accused of violating border crossing rules).
Among the Russians who were able to return home, there are fighters from the Kursk direction (but there is no information whether there are conscripts on the list)
