By decision of Governor Vitaly Khotsenko, first-graders were given backpacks with school supplies for 121 million rubles, and when they arrived, Omsk residents discovered that exactly the same ones were being sold on the Chinese Ali Express for 5-10 times cheaper. OOO Trade claims that they sewed everything themselves. But they refuse to say where and from whom. As a result, not everyone believes them: after all, for some reason, there was initially only one bidder for such a large state contract.
