From about 21:40 Moscow time on Saturday, massive failures of the Telegram messenger began to be recorded. Information about this was shared by the “Failure Monitoring” service, and the Reedus correspondent was convinced of the temporary inoperability of the messenger. According to the mentioned resource, among Russian cities such failures are most often recorded in the capital, as well as in Izhevsk, St. Petersburg, Ufa and Kaliningrad. Users surveyed by the resource named the most common problem as “resource performance.” From that moment on, work began to recover, but it was impossible to send new messages for about an hour.
