▪zucchini 300g
▪eggs 2 pcs
▪flour 100g
▪baking powder 1 tsp
▪smoked sausage 100g
▪salt, pepper to taste
▪red onion optional⠀
Preparation:
▪Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and squeeze well, add eggs, finely chopped sausage and onions, sift flour with baking powder, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.⠀
▪ grease a mold for a large muffin or for individual small muffins and distribute the dough.⠀
Large cake Bake at 180C for 40-50 minutes, check readiness with a skewer
Small muffins at 180c 25 minutes
