According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Komi, in the region since the beginning of 2023, police officers have prepared 27 administrative materials against residents of the republic in order to discredit the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Thus, in the Priluzsky district, a local resident born in 1980 shouted slogans in a public place, trying to discredit the use of the Russian Armed Forces. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the man in accordance with Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. The Priluzsky District Court reviewed the materials presented by the police and sentenced the citizen to an administrative fine in the amount of 45 thousand rubles. The courts have now reviewed 27 materials provided by the police. All citizens were found guilty of committing crimes, each of whom was sentenced to a fine, the total amount of which was 843 thousand rubles.
