In a Moscow shopping mall, a man accosted two girls who were eating in the food court. He explained his motivation by the fact that one of them “claimed to be an Azerbaijani” and, in his opinion, dressed revealingly. The strangers did not pass his Sharia patrol, and he decided that he could cover them with curses and poke a camera in their faces. The enraged man also threatened them with physical violence.
