Certification of the SSJ-Nova aircraft will be completed in 2025. The corresponding order of the Government of the Russian Federation was published on the website of the official publication of regulatory legal acts. According to the document, the completion date for the production of prototypes of the import-substituted SSJ-New with the PD-8 engine has also been postponed to 2024. SSJ-New is a new version of the Sukhoi Superjet 100, most of the components in which have been replaced with domestic analogues. According to Rostec head Sergei Chemezov, certification of the aircraft is at the final stage. Earlier it became known that the Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Plant named after Yu. A. Gagarin has assembled a fleet of fifth-generation Su-57 fighters. The aircraft were transferred to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
