In 2021, Everland, together with X5 Retail Group, launched the adaptation of offline infrastructure in stores of the Perekrestok chain, then expanded and consolidated new programs with Pyaterochka. In 2022, we launched the “Own Business” project with Perekrestok, and in 2023, an excursion and employment program for people with disabilities at Pyaterochka. The Everland social project, which implements the “Space of Equal Opportunities,” helps people with disabilities find work in the open labor market, and helps companies create jobs and adapt infrastructure. In the video, Elena Martynova, co-founder of the Everland project, and Alina Yukhnevich, head of the sustainable development department of the Pyaterochka retail chain, talk about the collaboration process and results. This material is part of the project “Moscow NGO Professionals: Information and Practices,” which ASI is implementing with the support of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Moscow Population.
