On March 9, an employee of the management company contacted the police about the theft of a cable from the entrance of a house on Klyuchevskaya Street. She said that in the morning, in a community chat, residents wrote that there was no light on three floors. On site it turned out that the cause of the problem was torn out electrical wiring. The damage amounted to five thousand rubles. The recordings of a video surveillance camera installed at the entrance to the entrance show how a man left the house early in the morning with a package in his hands. By his appearance and gait, the policeman recognized him as a citizen living in the administrative district he served, who had been repeatedly convicted and led an antisocial lifestyle. He was later arrested by agents. A 43-year-old resident of Ulan-Ude admitted that he drank alcohol late at night in someone else’s house. After spending the night there, the next morning he cut and stole the wiring so he could take it to a scrapyard and get money for more alcohol.
