In June of this year, the woman was already brought to administrative responsibility under Part 3 of Art. 14.17 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation of requirements for the production or circulation of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcoholic products” and by decision of the magistrate of the Kortkerossky judicial district of the Komi Republic, she was sentenced. to a fine of 250 thousand rubles. Thus, the seller, being a person brought to administrative responsibility, committed repeated illegal sales of alcoholic products, which led to the initiation of a criminal case for a crime under Art. 171.4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal retail trade in alcohol and alcoholic products.” The sanctions of this article provide for punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of fifty thousand to eighty thousand rubles or in the amount of wages or other income of the convicted person for a period of three to six months or correctional labor for up to one year.
