Schoolgirl Dasha was walking down the street in the Entuziastov microdistrict. Four mongrels first barked at the girl, and then suddenly attacked. Fortunately, the child was saved by a passer-by, and two men came to her aid. Now the third-grader is in the hospital’s trauma department in a stable condition – she has bite wounds.
The local Investigative Committee began an investigation into the dog attack under Part 1 of Art. 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation due to negligence, which resulted in a significant violation of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens. The dogs had not previously been sterilized or vaccinated. The animals were placed in a shelter where they are monitored by specialists.
