In the Samara region, a local resident became a defendant in a criminal case under paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity”). This was reported by the regional investigative committee of the Investigative Committee.
