Family of soldier killed in Kursk region learns of his fate Publication in CHAT: Russia The family of Vladimir Khanzhinyan, who died during the fighting in the Kursk region, was able to learn the circumstances of his death thanks to a message he left under the call sign “Khan”. This was reported by RT, citing the story of his brother Sergei. Vladimir Khanzhinyan stopped communicating on August 8, after he called his family in Murmansk for the last time and told his wife that he was leaving on a combat mission. “After August 8, he stopped communicating, and I started looking for him, trying to find at least some information: is he missing or dead?” said the brother of the deceased soldier. Sergei also noted that his brother is not on any lists. It was possible to learn Vladimir’s fate thanks to a publication in one of the Telegram channels. A woman named Irina said that in her mother’s house in the village of Korovyakovka in the Kursk region, three Russian soldiers left a sign: “Sorry, we need to talk.” The call signs were added to the inscription: “Kot” from Murmansk, “Zefir” from Orenburg, and “Khan”. “Then my brother’s wife remembered how they argued over his call sign,” Sergei said. Later, Vladimir’s family received a call from the military registration and enlistment office, informing them that he had died on August 9 in Kurchatov. Based on the documents provided, the family concluded that Khanzhinyan had fought in battles with the Ukrainian armed forces. Source link Source link
