The Yekaterinburg administration has identified another integrated development area (IDA). pixabay.com The land plot with an area of 6,577 sq. m is located on Strelochnikov Street in the Zheleznodorozhny District. This plot currently houses two wooden two-story houses with 8 apartments, built in 1926 and 1927 at addresses No. 21 and No. 23. By decision of the mayor’s office, not only new apartments will appear on the site, but also a kindergarten for 200 children. After the construction is completed, the kindergarten building will become the property of the Yekaterinburg municipality.
