Depending on the role of each, they are accused of committing 12 crimes under Art. 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (battery), Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism committed with the use of violence against citizens, with the use of objects used as weapons, by a group of persons by prior conspiracy), paragraph “a” of Part 2 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (intentional infliction of minor bodily harm committed out of hooligan motives). Let us recall that from October 15 to 17 last year in Samara, in the parking lot of a large shopping center, in Pobedy Park and on Aerodrom Street near house No. 98, the defendant, acting out of hooligan motives, by prior agreement provoked conflict situations with the Samaritans, including teenagers. And then they hit me with their hands and feet, as well as with various objects on the head and body. During the fighting, nine people were injured. During the investigation, the court, at the request of the investigator, chose a preventive measure in the form of arrest for all the accused. More than 180 investigative actions were carried out in the criminal case, including more than 100 interrogations, inspections of the crime scenes, forensic examinations, confirmation of evidence at the crime scene, seizures and searches, as well as CCTV recordings. The cameras were studied. At present, the investigator has collected sufficient evidence, in connection with which the criminal case with the approved charges has been sent to court for consideration on the merits, the press service of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Samara Region reports.
