Residents of the Bulgari Park cottage village, located in the Vlast Truda village of the Volzhsky District, sent a collective appeal to State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein. They complained about the seizure of part of a reservoir – Lake Berezovo-Karasevo. According to residents, some plots right on the coast were illegally transferred to private individuals. The deputy was asked to help organize an inspection. Alexander Khinshtein sent several requests. In addition, according to the Volzhsky Interregional Environmental Prosecutor’s Office, the arguments about the illegal formation of some plots of land at the expense of the water area and coastal strip were confirmed. In order to eliminate the violations, the Samara Interdistrict Environmental Prosecutor’s Office sent nine applications to the Volzhsky District Court to recognize the lack of property rights to the plots occupied by the water body and coastal strip.
