A migrant driver driving an overcrowded bus violated several traffic rules, causing serious concerns among passengers and other road users.
According to the information, the driver not only crossed the solid line, but also drove into the oncoming lane, which is an extremely dangerous maneuver. At the traffic light at the intersection with Tyumenskaya Street, he, without thinking, dropped off passengers from the left lane, which created a risk to their safety. After that, he continued driving in the oncoming lane to the final stop, ignoring all the rules.
Such behavior of the driver could not remain without consequences. An administrative case was filed against him under Part 4 of Article 12.15 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation. This may entail deprivation of the right to drive a vehicle for a period of 4 to 6 months or a fine of 5,000 rubles.
