Traffic police inspector Dmitry Bovtunov, who allowed the car of the motorcyclist’s killers to pass in Moscow for a bribe of 30 thousand rubles, was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison. Bovtunov worked in the police for almost eight years, the last three in the traffic police. He allowed the car with Shakhin Abbasov, who was hiding after the murder of biker Kirill Kovalev in Lyublino, to pass. Bovtunov became the seventh defendant in the case.
