He has already joined a club in Burdur. Photo: Akron FC Rodrigo Escoval began his football career with Portuguese side Sacavenense, but is rightly considered a product of Benfica, in whose system he spent more than ten years. In the 2017/18 season, he moved to the top Croatian division – the Istra 1961 club (15 matches and one assist). Rodrigo then joined another Croatian team, Rijeka. Escoval played 106 matches for them (2+2). The footballer played with Rijeka in the Conference League qualifications, as well as in the Europa League group stage. After that, Rodrigo Escoval established himself playing for Cypriot Anorthosis and spent a whole season as a first-team player for Greek Volos. The Portuguese’s last career before moving to Akron was Visela. For the representative of the elite league of Portugal, Rodrigo played 19 matches (1 assist), three matches in the National Cup and one match in the Portuguese League Cup. Last news
