According to the administration, in the opinion of experts, at first it was not necessary to block the hatch, since it was not open, and there was a lid on it. However, the shell of the hatch was damaged, and the lid did not close securely, it moved during interaction. Now the lid is tightly closed, access to the hatch is limited, and repair of the well, as explained by the management, is planned in the near future by the contractor, who is entrusted with operational responsibility.
