US President Joe Biden admitted that he had an easier time performing at debates in the past. “I can’t speak as smoothly as I used to,” he said. Biden added that despite this, he knows he always tells the truth at debates, NBC News reported. The previous debate marked the first time Joe Biden and Donald Trump appeared on stage together since they met four years ago. Trump never acknowledged Biden’s victory in the 2020 election, and days after his supporters stormed the Capitol, he broke with tradition by refusing to attend his rival’s inauguration. Earlier, Joe Biden said that, unlike Donald Trump, he intends to meet with Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
