The Yekaterinburg administration has announced its readiness to host the Ural Night of Music festival. newdaynews.ru Today, 110 music venues will open in the city, where almost three thousand artists will perform. According to the mayor’s office, two snack bars will be open during the festival – in Kharitonovsky Garden and on Oktyabrskaya Square. Food trucks will sell food and drinks from 3:00 PM Friday until 5:00 AM Saturday. Special duty teams will work in the city center to maintain cleanliness. Additional trash bins will be installed on the streets. Mobile toilets will appear on Oktyabrskaya Square, 1905 Square, Istoricheskaya Square and Kharitonovsky Garden. In the evening, after the concerts, cleaning equipment will be released onto the streets. Traffic restrictions are not planned during the Ural Night of Music, but traffic police officers will be ready to close the streets if necessary. No traffic jams are expected in the city center at night, but the city metro will be open until 2 a.m. Saturday. We also remind you that from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday, the sale of alcoholic beverages will be prohibited in the city center. The Ural Night of Music festival will begin today at 6 p.m. and continue until late at night. The final song-anthem, “Ray of the Golden Sun,” will be performed by the Therr Maitz group and the BACH chamber orchestra on the stage of Oktyabrskaya Square.
