They are the fundamental basis of the work of the UN. Of course, this is a great country and a “Great Power,” said the Secretary General. According to Guterres, some of the problems present in the organization most often come from superpowers, TASS reports. Shortly before this, Russian Minister of Internal Affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev flew to New York to participate in a meeting at the UN of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Irina Volk; as part of the trip, Kolokoltsev will take part in the IV summit of the heads of police departments of UN member states. In addition, the minister has a number of meetings. Meetings with foreign colleagues are planned. The UN Security Council also strongly condemned the “heinous and cowardly” terrorist attack in Dagestan.
