As explained in the control department, the implementation of the national projects “Healthcare”, “Culture”, “Housing and Urban Environment” in the Rostov region is progressing slowly with the identification of unscrupulous officials and entrepreneurs. For example, due to miscalculations in the preparation of assessment documentation, the conclusion of an agreement for the examination of a medical clinic in the Neklinovsky district was delayed for a long time.
