He represents the regional solid waste operator Alexander Goryunov, head of the strategic development department of the Perm Regional Solid Waste Operator Joint Stock Company, which reached the semi-finals of the IV All-Russian management competition “Leaders of the Construction Industry”. The participant himself told the Vkurse.ru portal about this in a personal conversation. In the semi-finals, he will present a project for the jury’s consideration – proposals to change the current legislation in the field of urban development, land and housing construction. It is expected that the adoption of these changes will become a catalyst for the development of the construction industry not only in Perm Krai, but throughout our country. The All-Russian administrative competition “Leaders of the Construction Industry” is an open competition of managers among industry representatives with experience in a state or commercial organization in the construction industry. Based on the results of the competition, it is planned to create a personnel reserve for construction and housing and communal services managers. The competition is held by the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy with the support of the Ministry of Construction. Construction and housing and public utilities of the Russian Federation, as well as specialized ministries and departments, industry institutes, associations and unions. In 2024, 18,438 people from 73 regions of the Russian Federation took part. Of these, 14 republics, 3 autonomous okrugs, 7 territories, 46 regions and 3 cities, as an independent subject of the Russian Federation. Representatives of more than 10 foreign countries will take part in the final events of the competition: China, Myanmar, Iran, South Africa, Turkey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Cuba, the UAE and others. The largest number of participants are from Moscow and Russia. Moscow Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, St. Petersburg and Leningrad Region, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Krasnodar Territory and Omsk Region. Out of more than 18 thousand participants, only 300 people reached the semi-finals. There will be personal finals (including group and individual assessment events, preliminary sessions with the participation of key figures in the Russian construction industry) and a ceremonial award ceremony for the winners of the IV All-Russian management competition “Leaders of the Construction Industry”. This year it will be held on the eve of Builder’s Day, from August 8 to 11 in Volgograd.
