The radio station explains that there were two types of ammunition in the arsenals. The first type included missiles that had expired but were still usable. The second type is “cocoons”, unsuitable for use. At the same time, the missiles with missing parts were sent to the MBDA plant in Bourges. There they were completed to completion, after which they were transferred to the Ukrainian armed forces.
