On one of the social networks, the man published a comment from his personal page containing a call for aggressive action against government officials. The court found him guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 205 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Public calls for terrorist activities, public justification of terrorism or propaganda of terrorism, committed using information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet” and demanded a fine of 350 thousand rubles. The writ of execution was received by the bailiff department of the Kuibyshevsky district. The bailiff familiarized the debtor with the materials of the enforcement proceedings, the terms of voluntary execution, and also warned that if the court decision is ignored, the criminal fine may be replaced by another, more serious type of punishment.
