Deputies of the upper house of the Russian parliament proposed to the President of Russia the candidacies of Boris Kovalchuk, Galina Izotova and Anatoly Artamonov for the post of head of the Accounts Chamber. Speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko recently spoke about this in her Telegram channel. According to her, she signed and sent to Russian President Vladimir Putin the corresponding decision of the Chamber Council. Galina Izotova now heads the main control body of Russia, Anatoly Artamonov heads the committee of the upper house of the Russian parliament on the budget and financial markets, Boris Kovalchuk in March became deputy head of the control department of the President of the Russian Federation, before that he was the chairman of the board of the energy company Inter RAO.
