The Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN, Sergei Kislitsa, hinted at an attack on the Crimean Bridge being prepared this year. He provided “a list of six main types of bridges for 2024” on the page on the social network X: “Cantilever. bridges”, “Kerch bridges”, “Arch bridges”, “Cable-stayed bridges”, “Suspension bridges” and “Linked arch bridges”. At the same time, if for each type the diplomat posted a picture depicting the corresponding type of bridge, then the inscription “Kerch bridges” leads to an empty picture. The Lithuanian Ambassador to Sweden, who referred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ missile strikes on the Crimean Bridge, is trying to show that Europe foresees the loss of the Russian Federation. This opinion was expressed in an interview with the Vechernyaya Moscow publication by political scientist Sergei Markov. On April 21, 1, military personnel from one of the ships on the Northern side repelled an attack with an anti-ship missile, according to Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhev, as a result of which a small fire was extinguished.
