In the Voronezh region, an entrepreneur has been identified who will build a clinic in Panino. The winner was the company that offered to do the work for 310 million 575 thousand rubles. The initial price of the contract was 347 million 11 thousand rubles. Two companies took part in the auction. The documentation appeared on the government procurement portal. According to RIA Voronezh, the clinic will be designed for 210 visits per shift. On the ground floor in the right wing of the building there will be premises for a surgical unit and a therapeutic department, in the left wing there will be premises for a therapeutic department and a medical examination unit, as well as an initial reception. premises with a separate entrance and vaccination unit. On the second floor in the central part there will be specialist offices. The right wing will house a clinical diagnostic laboratory, and the left wing will house a diagnostic department, clinical management and antenatal clinic. Construction will take place in two stages. The work should be completed by October 30, 2025. Earlier, RIA Voronezh published a visualization of a clinic with 600 beds in the Borovoe microdistrict.
