Today at a meeting of officials and social activists at KSU it was said that with such a number of free riders, the regional budget will receive 450 million rubles less in a year. Ideally, a passenger should meet with controllers every five trips, but there are not enough workers yet. First of all, they will be sent to those routes where travel is most often not paid. The experience of cooperation with the Russian National Guard, which promptly responds to help when inspectors are called, is recognized as successful.
