According to KP-Ekaterinburg, the investigation has already been completed, the criminal case has been transferred for consideration to the Chkalovsky District Court. The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on November 6 after the girl’s parents filed a statement. The man was charged under the article “Sexual intercourse and other actions of a sexual nature with a person under sixteen years of age.” The situation remains without official comment.
