According to the latest data, 143 people died. The accused were arrested and placed in a pre-trial detention center. Victoria moved to the Moscow region four years ago. She came to the concert of the Picnic group with her common-law husband Denis Chernov in honor of his 45th birthday. Chernov’s body was discovered while clearing the rubble.
