In Voronezh, Spetspodryad LLC became the new owner of a cultural heritage site (KNO) of regional significance, “Firyupkin House” at 39 Baumansky Lane. The company offered 7 million 792.4 thousand rubles for the building with an initial lot price of 1 ruble. The deposit amounted to 3 million 534 thousand rubles. The relevant documents are published on the electronic trading platform. Three-story building with an area of 565.9 square meters. m. is recognized as being in unsatisfactory condition. The auction winner will have to restore this facility within three years. The first step will be the development of design estimates – two years are allotted for this. The owner will also receive a land plot of 589 square meters for rent. The rent will be 1 ruble per year for the entire period of fulfillment of the conditions of the competition. “Firyupkin’s House” is not the first regional-level public housing complex sold at a starting price of 1 ruble. In December 2023, according to this scheme, the owner of the long-suffering house on Deputatskaya, 7 was found – the building was bought by SZ Razvitie LLC. Another OKN – “Klochkov’s House, where Bunakov visited” on Nikitinskaya, 50 – was acquired by Heritage North LLC. Earlier it became known that in Voronezh they agreed on the concept of restoration of a complex of historical buildings and cultural heritage: “Sewing. Workshop” and the church “Pyatnitskaya Bell Tower” (Strato Kosti Strelyuka, 11/13). The project involves recreating the lost entrance with a porch and main staircase in the workshop, as well as constructing a four-story building. The building will be used as a restaurant and hotel.
